Fisheries and aquaculture; prices fresh fish, crustaceans and shellfish
Description
This table contains data on the prices of the main species of fish, crustaceans and molluscs. The fresh fish can be landed by both Dutch and foreign fishermen. It concerns only the fresh fish, not the fish that is frozen on the fishing vessels after it has been caught. Frozen fish is not traded through auctions, but goes directly to the trader, the catering industry or the fish processing industry. Prices shall be expressed in euro per 1 000 kilograms.

Status of figures:
The monthly data published in the table are marked 'provisional' at first publication. In the autumn following the year under review, CBS will publish the final monthly figures and the final annual figure. The figures up to 2021 are final.
Changes as of 20 June 2024:
The preliminary monthly figures of March 2024 and April 2024 have been added.
