Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “SO “Reorganisation Retail” of the city of Stutensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Partial modification of the origin B-Plan GE/GE “”Nord I“” – together with B-Plan GE/SO “”Reorganisation of Industrial Area North I“” and GE “”Interior North I“” replaces the original B-plan.
