Building plan Hausbruch 30-Neugraben-Fischbek 54 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the building plan Hausbruch 30/Neugraben-Fischbek 54 of 27 April 19S2 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 99) is amended as follows:
1.The annex to the Regulation on the building plan Hausbruch 30/Neugraben-Fischbek 54': added to the Regulation.
2. Paragraph 2 is amended as follows:
2.1 point 5 is replaced by the following:
‘For the development of the land area of the Neugraben area and the residential areas indicated in sheet 2 of the drawing diagram of the development plan, further local traffic areas are required. Their exact location is determined by the intended development. Upon request, they shall be notified in accordance with Section 14 of the Hamburgische Wegegesetz, as amended on 22 January 1974 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und
Ordinance sheet pages 41, 83), as last amended on 26 June 1989 (Hamburgian Law and Ordinance Gazette page 117), or produced for sub-sectors pursuant to Section 125(2) of the Building Code.’
2.2 The following point 6 is added after point 5: 6TH. For the areas defined in the installation:
6.1 On the areas referred to as ‘A’, the fixing of ‘residential buildings with no more than two dwellings’ shall be repealed.
6.2 On the areas referred to as ‘B’, the fixing of ‘residential buildings with no more than two dwellings’ and the fixing of ‘terrace houses’ shall be repealed.
6.3 On the area referred to as “C”, the fixing of “residential buildings with no more than two houses” shall be fixed.
