Administrative irregularities statistics

Administrative Violations Data provide information on administrative checks and administrative violation proceedings initiated at the Procurement Monitoring Bureau on the basis of an application or on the initiative of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau, on possible violations of the Public Procurement Law, the Law on Procurement of Public Service Providers, the Law on Procurement in the Field of Defence and Security and the Law on Public-Private Partnership.
Data are obtained from information compiled by the Administrative Penalties Department of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau.
The set of indicators provides a general insight into the record-keeping of administrative violations and the number of administrative checks together, the grounds for initiating them, the types of decisions taken, the types of penalties applied and the administrative violations detected, distinguishing them according to the articles of the Latvian Administrative Violations Code.
