Servitutt

Description

Servitutt contains rights to property that shall not be registered in the Matrikkelen. Waitress are other types of property rights than ownership and fixing. This may, for example, be right to use forest, road or pasture. The point of representation is coded with a farm/use/fastening number to the right of use if it has this. In addition, it is encoded what kind of right of use or right to restrict the dough. To get a complete overview of the waitress for a property, you must make a lookup in the Basic Book. Waitress is not complete and contains only some types of waitress. The data set was up to FKB 5.0 considered as part of the FKB. The data set is still managed as part of NGI’s/SFKB with the possibility of updating from the municipalities/agencies who wish to do so.
