Cultural-historical elements floodplains

Description

This is the digital dataset of the cultural-historical elements (point, line and plane elements), belonging to the project ‘Archeological forecast map river floodplains’. The dataset was compiled by the University of Groningen and Kuiper Cartography, commissioned by Rijkswaterstaat and the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands. When using the map of cultural-historical characteristics, the following sources are mentioned: Popta, Y.T. van & S. Arnoldussen 2015: From gauge to brick factory. Cultural-historical element map of river floodplains; Kuiper, E.W. 2016: Addition and adaptation of dataset ‘Inventory and digitisation within cultural history within floodplains of the river area’.
