Development plan Niendorf 73 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The following provision is added to Section 2 of the Niendorf 73 Building Plan Act of 12 July 1979 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt, page 214):
"4. In the core area, amusement arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33(i) of the Trade and Industry Code, which serve to install gaming equipment with or without the possibility of profit, as well as sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts of a sexual nature, are prohibited.
