CoCeSo - Coordination Center Software
Description
CoCeSo is a web-based operational control system for ambulances at major events. The project was developed in the Vienna Red Cross in order to be able to handle platform-independent operations. The planning and implementation was done by volunteers, and the source code is available under MIT license.
The main tasks of the software consist of the management of units, the handling of operations and the documentation of operations. Modules can be used to connect to radios, geoservers and employee databases.
The integrated location map uses the map material of basemap.at. In addition, additional layers can be laid over it, such as grid plans of events.
