Description
The development plan Nienstedten 14 for the scope of application on both sides of the Nienstedten marketplace between Elbchaussee and Rupertistraße (district Altona, hamlet 221) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Elbchaussee — Western borders of parcels 1085 and 1087, western and northern borders of parcels 1367 and 905, north border of parcel 906, west and north border of parcel 907, western border of parcel 1384, south and west border of parcel 1278, western borders of parcels 1279 and 913, southern borders of parcels 1348 and 1352, south and west border of parcel 1351, south border of parcel 930, south and west border of parcel 931 of the district Nienstedten — Rupertistraße — western and northern border of parcel 471, northern borders of parcels 473 and 474 of the district Nienstedten — Kurt-Küchler-Straße — north and east border of parcel 416, North border of parcel 415 of the district Nienstedten — Up de Schanz — northern border of parcel 1097 of the district Nienstedten — Nienstedtener Straße — north and east border of parcel 515 of the district Nienstedten — Rupertistraße — eastern borders of parcels 492, 493, 494, 1383 and 498, northern borders of parcels 500 and 501, north and east border of parcel 502 of the district Nienstedten — Georg-Bonne-Straße — Newmans Park — Sieberlingstraße.
