Drinking water utilities - datasets used for SISPEA national reports

Description

The summary data of the Information System on Public Water and Sanitation Services (SISPEA) present, service by service, the fraction of the data available to the general public on the Observatory of Water and Sanitation Services (http://www.services.eaufrance.fr), relevant for each jurisdiction (drinking water, collective sanitation, non-collective sanitation) and required for the annual report of the jurisdiction and the year under consideration. Each file corresponds to the data for one year and one competency and includes a series of data: - Table of data series, by public service: description, indicators, variables, notice of verification of the services of the State (tab "services") These files correspond to the competence drinking water. The description of the services comes from the DDT(M/DEAL/DRIEE) and represents a near-complete census of existing services. Annual data (indicators and variables) are produced, entered and published by local authorities after verification by the State services (DDT(M)/DREAL/DRIEE). Incidentally, they can capture and publish the data, in consultation with the communities. The State services carry out a consistency check on each indicator and translate this check into one of the following three wordings: "without apparent anomaly", "presumption of anomaly" and "anomaly"). Indicators with an "anomaly" opinion are not included in this file because they are considered unusable for the report. Indicators include: the number of inhabitants served; the maximum time limit for opening the procedure; the compliance rates of water distributed under health control; the efficiency of the distribution network; network loss indices; the rate of renewal of the networks; the Network Wealth Management Index.
