Description
The theme includes registration of areas where orders have been issued under the Soil Pollution Act, e.g. concerning investigations, remediations or other deterrent measures.
Purpose: Information about ongoing injunctions under the Soil Pollution Act must be publicly available in connection with property transactions and enquiries. The registration shall at least meet the requirements set out in Chapter 4 of the Ordinance on the reporting of soil contamination data.
The area covered by the order, recorded in the theme, after the order is notified.
Once the order is fulfilled, the registration will be deleted again.
If there are long-term requirements that must continue to be complied with, the registration shall be maintained.
