Building plan Wandsbek 56 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Building Plan Wandsbek 56 of 19 April 1989 (HmbGVBl. P. 64), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505, 507) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Wandsbek 56” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following points 14 and 15 are added:
14TH. Brothels and brothel-like uses, as well as sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts of a sexual nature, shall be prohibited.
15. In the core areas, entertainment venues are not permitted. In commercial areas, exemptions for entertainment venues shall be excluded.’
