Development plan Wandsbek 56 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Wandsbek 56 Development Plan Act of 19 April 1989 (HmbGVBl. 64), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505, 507), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Wandsbek 56 zoning plan" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following points 14 and 15 are added:
"14. Brothels and brothel-like uses as well as sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts of a sexual nature are prohibited.
15. In the core areas, amusement sites are prohibited. Exceptions for places of amusement shall be excluded in the industrial areas."
