Description
It includes the compilation of different moments of the lines of the Public Maritime Terrestrial Domain (DPMT), those of the Protection Servide Zones (ZSP), the Ribera Lines (LR), the lines of the Traffic Servide Zone (ZST) and the milestones (amojonamiento) of the DPMT and the riverbank lines in Andalusia. For each case, the latest version available in the CMAyOT of the Junta de Andalucía is included, and there may be years without data. It is necessary to consider that this type of information is subject to frequent updates as progress is made in the drawing of the delineation lines of the DPMT or in the approval/modification of them. Therefore, there may be omission of tranches due to lack of demarcation or other reasons. Likewise, it must be considered that the ZSP must be measured from the LR when it has been drawn, so that the distance between the LR and the line of the demarcation of the DPMT may be greater than that established for the ZSP in that section, so that said ZSP would be annulled by the DPMT itself. Occasionally, discontinuities can also be observed between municipalities and others, derived from the updating procedures. On the other hand, it should be noted that REDIAM maintains a collection of information that does not necessarily correspond to the lines in force in each reference year. With regard to the Ribera Lines and the DPMT, the body responsible for their layout is the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and the Environment, which will be the only body that can guarantee their officiality and validity, since it is the owner of the official information; for any need that requires such officiality and validity, the user must, therefore, address the Ministry and consider that the lines offered by REDIAM although they have their origin in the MAPAMA at a specific time, should only be considered as a compilation of work. In this regard, it should also be borne in mind that the line of the Protection Bonded Area, although its layout falls within the competence of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, is dependent on that of the DPMT insofar as it is defined by a distance to it, an aspect that may lead to changes in its layout that may not be fully updated in the REDIAM catalogue.
