Fire Hazard Zones in Andalusia
Description
Article 5 of Law 5/99 on the Prevention and Fighting of Forest Fires defines the concept of Hazardous Areas. Decree 371/2010 of 14 September (BOJA No 192 of 2010), in its Appendix, declares the Hazardous Zones of Andalusia by Municipal Terms. Decree 160/2016 of 4 October 2016 (BOJA No 195 of 2016) partially amended this Appendix of Hazardous Areas.
