40. Amendment to the F-Plan of the SG Lachendorf “SO Schloss Eldingen”
Description
In the north of the village of Eldingen is the estate Eldingen, also known as “Eldinger Schloss”.
The listed manor house has been empty for years.
There was the concrete need to supply the estate as well as the park-like open spaces to a new use.
It was planned in the manor itself as well as on the adjacent areas trade fairs and markets but
also to organise cultural, music, art events, concerts, (family) celebrations, seminars, etc.
The aim was to create a visitor magnet for a broad population through various offers
I'm gonna do it. The change area includes the estate with adjacent open or forest areas as well as
a nearby arable land. Due to the external situation and the effective land use plan
special area depicted “vocational schools” was the change in the land use plan
it’s necessary.
