% surface area of ZHP occupied by a water body watershed in Brittany
Description
The surface percentage of potential wetlands (ZHP, Agro-Transfert Bretagne, 2008) of Brittany occupied by a body of water body watershed is the result of a cross between potential wetlands and water bodies and artificial basins (less than 500 m² of BD TOPO 2019), cut and synthesised by water body catchment basin.
In order to specify the data ‘water bodies’ obtained from the hydrographic surface layer of the TOPO BD, entities with a surface area of less than 500 m², considered as pools, have been deleted.
The entities identified as “mare”, “marais” and “estuary” in the winning table have also been deleted. Other entities not specified in the table, such as “large” streams, some marshes, including coastal edges and certain estuary areas have been spotted by photo-interpretation and removed from the data.
