Description
Baden-Württemberg is rich in high-quality raw materials, especially from the areas of stones and earths as well as industrial minerals. The raw material protection concept orders the LGRB to explore, delineate, evaluate and describe these resources. These topics provide an overview of the extraction sites operated in the country (divided by raw material groups and production volume classes), the near-surface mineral raw materials and the distribution of rock salt in the Middle Shell Limestone.
