Right to Social Assistance (DAS)
Description
The right to social assistance (DAS), reimbursed by the Federal State under the Act of 2 April 1965 on the assumption of responsibility for assistance granted by public social work centres, may take various forms (in-kind assistance, financial assistance, guidance, etc.).
The most important aspects are:
Persons who do not qualify for the right to social integration may apply for the right to social assistance.
