Description
The Land Development Plan LEP represents the definitions of spatial planning for a large-scale order and development of the Land of Hesse and its regions as well as the supra-regionally significant plans and measures.:A set of documents that depicts a strategic orientation for the development of a specific geographical area by setting out the principles, priorities, programmes and land use for the implementation of the strategic orientation, which influence a spatial distribution of people and their fields of action at different scales. Spatial plans can be developed at the level of urban, regional, environmental and landscape planning, for national spatial plans or spatial planning at the level of the European Union.
