Web Feature Service (WFS) with rental index is available for download.
The Hamburger Mietenspiegel is an overview of the rents paid in Hamburg for privately financed apartments. Tenants and landlords can review rent increase procedures on its basis. The survey and calculation of the local comparative rent were carried out by the Hamburg-based research company GEWOS Institut für Stadt-, Regional- und Wohnforschung GmbH according to recognized scientific principles on the basis of an empirical representative survey.
On the basis of the net cold rent, the rent index shows the local comparable rent in euros/m2 mtl.
