The development plan Neuengamme 12 for the area of the middle Neuengammer house dike (district Bergedorf, district 610) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Feldstegel - Neuengammer Hausdeich - eastern boundary of parcel 4121 - north-east and east boundary of parcel 2610 - eastern boundary of parcels 2614 and 2935 - southern boundary of parcel 2935 - via Heinrich-Stubbe-Weg - south-west and west boundary of parcel 2697 - south-west boundary of parcel 4888 - via parcel 4630, - south-west boundary of parcels 4699, 4700, 4049 and 4050 - east and south boundary of parcel 4052 - via parcel 4053 - west boundary of parcel 4053 - south-west boundary of parcel 4054 - east and south boundary of parcel 4197 - south and west boundary of parcel 4196 - south-east and south boundary of parcel 455 of parcel Neugamenme.
