Description
Data on compensation areas are recorded in accordance with the provisions of § 4 (4) HAGBNatSchG and § 4 of the Compensation Ordinance (KV) in the NATUREG productive system of the State of Hesse. This is done by directly entering or importing supplied data. Information on compensation areas must be transmitted to the Nature Conservation Information System and the NATUREG Central Register in accordance with Section 4 of the HAGBNatSchG and Section 4 of the Compensation Ordinance. This also applies and in particular to the completeness and up-to-dateness of the data.The respective authorities issuing the decision are responsible for the accuracy of the data. They are also contact persons for information on the nature, status, scope and execution of the measures.
