Plan-m.e.r. screening files according to the generic DABM procedure, applied to urban planning regulations
Description
SCRSV file code, 2018-present. The dataset contains the actively public documents of this procedure since 2018. Only files for which a decision on the EIA obligation was taken before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. If a regulation applies to an entire municipality, province or entire Flanders, the relevant municipality, province or Flanders was included as a contour for the plan-m.e.r. screening. If a regulation applies to part of the territory of a municipality, the relevant (maximum) contour was included from DSI, unless the screening procedure was completed but the procedure for the regulation was not started or was not completed before 20/7/2023 and the regulation-in-format is therefore not in DSI. In that case, the municipal border was included as a (too wide) contour for the plan-m.e.r. screening.
