Description

The Quebec Treasury Bill Index (91 days), prepared by the Quebec Ministry of Finance, is based on a theoretical portfolio of Quebec Treasury bills with a duration of approximately 91 days at the time of issue. Among other things, this index makes it possible to assess the performance of portfolios according to that of the base index.
