Description
This metadata sheet describes the content of exploitation information (summary of the extensive content) of the project carried out by the Ministry of the Environment with which a methodology has been developed that allows to know the impacts of Climate Change at the local level. It consists of Raster (200m resolution) of different climatic and bioclimatic variables, raster of potential distribution of forest species and vector layer of bioclimatic classification calculated all of them for the different climatic periods: 1961-2000 (reference), 2011-2040, 2041-2070 and 2071-2099, different models (CLIMATE subsystem, ERA40, CNM3, EGMAM, ECHAM, BCM2) and different climate change scenarios (A1b, A2 and B1). In particular:
- Raster of maximum, minimum and average annual temperature, average temperature of the warmest month and average of the coldest month, minimum and maximum of the minimum and maximum temperatures respectively
- Annual precipitation raster
- Raster of bioclimatic variables
- Reference evapotranspiration raster and annual solar radiation
- Annual snowfall
- Number of hot and cold days per year
- Forest Species Potential Index Raster
- Bioclimatic classification vector layers
- Climate Comfort Raster
