Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Talmweg” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located at the north-eastern exit of Malterdingen in the direction of Freiamt, about 300 m from the town centre. The scope of the development plan is limited:
