Thermography map in the city of Osnabrück
Description
This map shows the results of the thermography flight of the Osnabrück urban area during the night of 18th to 19th February 2015.
The map, consisting of about 2,400 individual thermal images, can provide indications on which buildings there are energy-saving options.
Shown is the heat radiation of the roofs, but also of all other surfaces visible from the air.
Please note that a roof surface that appears in deep blue undoubtedly has low heat dissipation and a roof surface in intense red has a high heat dissipation.
However, the height of heat radiation from roofs depends not only on the indoor temperature and the quality of the insulation, but on a variety of other factors.
