Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Industriepark Nördlicher Bodensee’ of the city of Meßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Inter-municipal designation of new commercial and industrial building areas for the resettlement of commercial and industrial operators and thus serves to secure and create jobs in the region.
