Cadastral values of lands to be alienated

Description

The State Land Service shall determine and register the land to be alienated in the information system of the State Cadastre of Immovable Property in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Law On Termination of Forced Divided Property in Privatised Multi-apartment Houses. The expropriation price shall be calculated by the State Land Service in accordance with the procedures laid down in this Law. For the calculation of the alienation price, the cadastral value registered in the Information System of the State Cadastre of Immovable Property, which is in force on the day of issue of the notification referred to in Section 8 of this Law, shall be used for the land parcel and a part of the land parcel. The data registered in the Information System of the State Cadastre of Immovable Property regarding the amount of the undivided share of the joint property included in the composition of the apartment property shall be used for the calculation of the part of the alienation price. Until 1 January 2025, the State Land Service shall calculate the expropriation price laid down in Section 7, Paragraph four of this Law as follows: * from 1 January 2023 until the moment of approval of the Cabinet Regulation on the base of cadastral values for 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 - in accordance with the information calculated and published by the State Land Service regarding the cadastral values designed for a land parcel and a part of a land parcel, which have been developed in accordance with the information on real estate transactions as of 1 July 2019; * from the moment of approval of the Cabinet Regulation on the base of cadastral values for 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 until 31 December 2024 - in accordance with the information calculated and published by the State Land Service regarding the projected cadastral values of a land unit and a part of a land unit, which have been determined in accordance with the information on real estate transactions as of 1 July 2022."
