Freiburg i. Br. Cycling statistics Urban cycling 2023 (speeds)

Description

The spatial data set contains the statistical evaluation of the city cycling competition in the city of Freiburg from 2023. Available is the average speed of cyclists, the number of trips per direction, the number of trips per section of the route and a heatmap of cycling. The data is open data. When describing the speed, all journeys on the road are averaged in terms of their speed. Please compare this data with the traffic volume. Even with only a few recorded journeys on a traffic path, the average speed is calculated. However, the meaningfulness of a few trips at a certain location is very limited and, if necessary, misleading.
