Written comments from the public consultation on the transformation of public procurement law (“Procurement Transformation Package”) by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection
Description
By June 2023, more than 450 stakeholders participated in the public consultation on the transformation of public procurement law (“Procurement Transformation Package”). The opinions come from all areas dealing with public procurement law and thus cover the entire breadth of practical knowledge and interests in Germany. A wide range of clients from the federal to the municipal level as well as from a wide range of sectors have participated. Comments were also submitted by contractors, from solo self-employed, medium-sized enterprises to large industry associations. In addition, many opinions from initiatives and associations have also been received on environmental, social or digitalisation issues.

This additional data release on Zenodo serves to provide opinions in a machine-readable format (csv) and in persistent form. For this purpose, the statements from individual PDF files were merged into a CSV file. During the transformation and structuring of the data, which was partly manual, there may have been erroneous assignments and formatting errors.
