The area shall be limited as follows:
Maria-Louisen-Straße — Grassweg — eastern boundary of parcel 2999 — east and north border of the parcel 1692
—North and east boundary of parcel 2707 — across parcel 2707 — southern boundary of parcels 2707 and 1692
—Southern border of parcel 3095 (Barmbeker Straße) of the area Winterhude — Barmbeker Straße.
