Development plan 2022 (Linz)

Description

The development plan already makes very detailed statements about the actual buildability of a property. Thus, the building escape lines define the area where the main buildings are to be built. The number of floors, the main cornice height, the number of floors and base areas determine the density of the building. The development plan also contains statements about the greening of the open spaces as well as the dormant traffic (car parking spaces, underground car parks).
