Unified State Register of Persons Who Have Committed Corruption Offenses
Description
From 04.02.2019 "The only state register of persons who committed corruption offenses" is formed and maintained by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
And stand up: Article 11, 59 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"; joint Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption Ü 140/5/4/19 dated 16.02.2019; decision of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, dated 01.02.2019; Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Ü610/5 of 27.02.2019.
