The development plan St. Pauli 39/Neustadt 38 for the scope of Reeperbahn/Millerntorplatz between Simon- von-Utrecht-Straße and Helgoländer Allee (district Hamburg-Mitte, districts 105, 111, 112) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Detlev-Bremer-Straße-Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße-Budapester Strasse-Millerntorplatz-Helgoländer Allee-Kersten-Miles-Brücke-Seewartenstraße-Am Elbpark-over the parcel 607 of the St. Pauli-Süd-Zirkusweg-Kastanienallee district, via parcel 684 (game stall) of the St. Pauli South Reeperbahn.
