Disque de Valorisation des Axes de Transport (DIVAT) - Mobility Plan - MEL

Description

The DIVAT are circles of radius 500 meters centered on the stations and stops of Transports Collectifs offering a high-performance or high-performance transport offer (see data on the categorization of the public transport offer) As such, the DIVAT are privileged sectors to organize the city around the best offers of Collective Transport and promote their use. The objectives are: * optimise building land, also targeting the mix of urban functions and the preservation of amenities, to increase the presence of inhabitants and jobs, * design urban forms and public spaces conducive to the use of walking and cycling, * lay down specific rules for PLU and on-street parking at the workplace in DIVAT 1, and, for residential parking, in a manner adapted to the TC service (public transport), and to the urban context.
