Water Framework Directive River Basin Unit Netherlands (planes) (RWS)
Description
Subdivision of the Rhine River Basin District Water Framework Directive into 3 units: Rhine-North, Rhine-West and Rhine-East. The units, also called sub-basins, are an administrative subdivision of the WFD river basin districts. The units are not the same as the 'Sub-Units' mentioned in the WFD. The latter are more hydrological subdivisions of the WFD river basin districts.
