City of Helsinki budget information

Description

City of Helsinki budget data from 2012 onwards. The information is at the usage plan level. The data includes the city's operating income, operating expenses and depreciation. The organisational structure of the City of Helsinki changed significantly as of 1 June 2017, and the organisational structure of the central administration also changed as of 1 June 2018. Due to the change in the financial planning system, the budget data from 2016 onwards are in separate files.
