Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Heubeund, modification and extension” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: A general residential area, mixed area and areas for common use are defined as the type of structural use.
