Description
The ePaper/eInk display shows the current avalanche situation report. The display is powered by a 600mAH LiPo battery. The ESP32 microcontroller updates the data hourly and is otherwise in deep sleep mode to save energy.
The data from the management report is first processed on a backend (Node-RED) and transmitted via MQTT to the ESP32.
