List of intermediaries whose registration has been terminated on the basis of Article 13(2) in conjunction with Article 15(1)(2) of the NURIPDNR:
Art. 15. (1) (Am. — SG No 53/2006, in force as of 27 June 2006) The registration for carrying out placement mediation activities shall be terminated when:
2. the intermediary negotiates payment for the provision of intermediary services by the employer, including by the shipowner, which is at the expense of the remuneration of the person set up for work, in violation of the requirements of Art. 4, item 2;
