List of intermediaries whose registration has been terminated on the basis of Article 13(2) in conjunction with Article 15(1)(1) of the NURIPDNR:
Art. 15. (1) (Am. — SG No 53/2006, in force as of 27 June 2006) The registration for carrying out placement mediation activities shall be terminated when:
1. (supplemented. — SG No 22/2010) The intermediary negotiates, demands or receives fees or other payments from the jobseeker or the employed person, including the seafarer, in violation of the requirements of Article 28(7)(2) of the Employment Promotion Act and Article 4(1);
