List of intermediaries whose registration has been terminated on the basis of Article 13(2) in conjunction with Article 15(1)(3) of the NURIPDNR:
Art. 15. (1) (Am. — SG No 53/2006, in force as of 27 June 2006) The registration for carrying out placement mediation activities shall be terminated when:
3. (amended. — SG No 22 of 2010, amended. — SG No 82/2014 with effect from 3 October 2014) the intermediary shall have a penal order imposing an administrative penalty for infringement of Article 28(3)(1) and (2) of the Employment Promotion Act or Article 6(2), Article 20, Article 22a, Article 23(1), Article 24, Article 25, Article 26(1) and (3), Article 27, 29, 30, Article 31(2), Article 32, 35, 36 and 37;
