List of intermediaries whose registration has been terminated on the basis of Article 13(2) in conjunction with Article 15(1)(4) of the NURIPDNR:
Art. 15. (1) (Am. — SG No 53/2006, in force as of 27 June 2006) The registration for carrying out placement mediation activities shall be terminated when:
4. there is a penal decree for imposing an administrative penalty under Art. 81, para. 1 of the ZNZ issued before the registration for carrying out intermediary activity;
