List of intermediaries whose registration has been terminated on the basis of Article 13(2) in conjunction with Article 15(1)(6) of the NURIPDNR:
Art. 15. (1) (Am. — SG No 53/2006, in force as of 27 June 2006) The registration for carrying out placement mediation activities shall be terminated when:
6. (new, SG No 82/2014, in force as of 3 October 2014) the intermediary shall have in force three or more penalty orders imposing an administrative penalty under Article 81(2) of the ZNZ for a period of three years;
