List of intermediaries whose registration has been terminated on the basis of Article 13(2) in conjunction with Article 15(1)(7) of the NURIPDNR:
Art. 15. (1) (Am. — SG No 53/2006, in force as of 27 June 2006) The registration for carrying out placement mediation activities shall be terminated when:
7. (new: SG No 82/2014 with effect from 03.10.2014) The intermediary has submitted incorrect data or false documents which have served as a basis for registration or for registration of changes thereto.
