Surface runoff characteristic (OAK)
Description
The surface runoff characteristics (OAK) were specially developed for the implementation of the LUBW guideline "Municipal heavy rain risk management in Baden-Württemberg" and form the hydrological data basis for the hydraulic modelling of heavy rain hazard maps. For three different heavy rainfall scenarios, the OAKs indicate which part of the precipitation cannot be absorbed by the soil and thus comes to the runoff on the surface.
