Fruit growing open land and under glass; growing area and fruit, 2015-2020
Description
This table contains data on the growing area of fruit crops (open land and under glass) in the Netherlands. The following types of fruit are distinguished: apples, pears, stone fruits (plum, sweet cherry, sour cherry), small fruit (blue berry, blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant), wine grape and nuts.
Data available from: 2015. Areas of individual apple and pear varieties are available from 2018 because they were not yet included in the Agricultural Count.
Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are final.

When will there be new figures?
No longer applicable. For figures on surface horticulture open land and horticulture under glass and fruit cultivation; harvest and growing area of apples and pears see paragraph 3.
