JHS 187 Compilation of Code Recommendations
Description
This recommendation of the public administration defines the symbols of land use plans, plot divisions, restricted areas and building bans in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act. In addition, the format of the design unit code to be used for binding plot allocations as well as the group identifiers to be used for the general area code are defined.
This Recommendation also applies to the code of the lease (establishment code) and the code used for the leased area (TLD) that has been handed over from a property and another similar registration unit. The recommendation describes the format of the facility code and the rental TLD and their issuance.
The recommendation is intended to be followed in the transmission of information in public administration information systems.
JHS 187 contains revised versions of the JHS 134 Guidelines for Formula, Land Sharing and Building Prohibitions – and JHS 142 of the Institution Identifier and Rental Top Level Domain (TLD) for the rental right. With the entry into force of the revised Land Register Regulation, JHS 138 The property identification number, the area code and the concession unit identifier have become redundant and will be abolished.
